Neither your telephone line nor your website could tell me when to expect delivery the evening before the date arranged by you. The informatuion was on the website at 5am on the day when I checked again - so was posted sometime between midnight and 5am - too late to allow me to plan my day effectively.
Otherwise all good - drivers v.helpful and speedy service etc.

Pro's
Excellent price was the only reason that I ordered from Pixmania rather than over other outlets.
Care around 4 hr delivery slot and reminders was excellent
(1 text, 1 email, 1 phone call well before, 1 phone call when helf hour away).
Delivered on time as promised. Delivery unaffected by Royal Mail strikes.
Excellent service thoughout.
