Product good, but takes a long time to recive item for such a high postage costs.
I am disappointed that the site lists items that are not in stock as being available. I appreciate that it is a big job, but this is what keeps me coming back to Pixmania, not the cheapest but normally so reliable.
The delivery speed was very good, I was told on day 1 it wasn't in stock, day 2 I got the invoice and notice that it was on its way, day 3 it arrived.
ordered item on 16 june was not advised it was out of stock intil I phoned your not too helpful customer service number on 22 june when item had not arrived. goods eventually arrived on 29 june a week after your e mail requesting feedback??
The Product was a tv set for France not UK had to be returned - was not stated on the website that this Panasonic TV did not match UK setup

Product was good and as advertised. Service was fair, delivery was a little longer and more expensive than other online retailers, however cost of product and availability made up for this. Manual was full English version.
Most disappointing, which really let the company down, was the lack of the correct UK adaptor. Power lead was continental, adaptor supplied but was for a different sort of lead. Would have been so easy to supply either UK product or complete UK lead. Cost of replacement lead or correct adaptor offered, customer services were very prompt - just dissapointed about hassle as could so easily have been avoided.
Great price, great choice and large stock so was able to order and receive quickly. Delivery and tracking 'experience' was excellent. Overall, we were delighted with buying from you and would recommend you to others.
The only negative is you say to check time of delivery by phoning after 5.00pm the night before, and then say that the office closes at 5.00pm. Then I checked on the internet, and was then told to check again after 9.00pm. So better tracking would be a vast improvement.
I was very satisfied with my experience of using Pixmania, there was a wide choice on the website to choose from, complete with full detailed product information. The process of shopping and purchase was just as simple. I would happily consider shopping at Pixmania again.
