Part of order was delivered damaged, Pixmania's idea of the customer having to return the item in it's damaged bag and to recoup the cost is not acceptable, and I thought the operatives were hard to understand and one quite rude.
I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. Pixmania's price was significantly lower. Purchase experience was very positive, proficiently completed and trouble free.
Purchase was ordered Sunday 28th June for delivery within 5 working days which meant it should have been delivered by Friday 3rd July latest in time for use at our daughters wedding on 4th. We were given a delivery date of 06 July which was met but it arrived too late for the event for which it was purchased. Several calls to your support team did not improve the situation.
Can you take this comment as a request for compensation or do I need to write separately? A refund of the delivery charge would seem equitable. Please reply to trevorharrison01@aol.com

Pixmania exceeded my expectations,first class service, from ordering the product to the delivery. have already recommended Pixmania to work colleagues and friends.
Thought the L300 satallite came wire free but had to buy an adaptor which was a little annoying but otherwise very satisfied with what seems to be agood product.Only other grumble, why do they insist on bundling together bits of useless software, which you have to wade through and get rid of to stop an endless stream of annoying pop up registrations and such.
