The only negative is you say to check time of delivery by phoning after 5.00pm the night before, and then say that the office closes at 5.00pm. Then I checked on the internet, and was then told to check again after 9.00pm. So better tracking would be a vast improvement.

A very straitforward purchase process, which was conscientiously followed up by a phone call from their customer service team to clarify that my address details were correct.

Bought a TV on a .UK website, for use in the UK and apparently it's the French version! And so not compatible with BBCi or Red button etc. Pixmania seem to think I should call Panasonic, the manufacturer! (Panasonic LF32 - 10B) Perhaps the TV was cheap because of this, but I don't see a reference in their listing?

Spent quite some time researching for a printer to fit within the neat space available within my desk. Pixmania advertise my printer at 446 wide and it arrived 464 wide. After much thought I decided against the hassle of returning product and we set about dismantling interior of unit and making new shelves to enable printer to fit. Then went step by step through the instructions only to find that the cable we had been sent had 2 rounded pins, these would not fit into standard UK sockets so some muppet MUST have know that we had been sent the wrong printer box. I wrote and complained. The response was fast which I appreciated, but absolutely bland and just 'we will send you an adaptor within 7-10 days' I am losing money every day in my business without a printer and it costs me to send it locally to get printed. I have no idea if this 'adaptor' is indeed a replacement lead cable which will fit my sockets or an adaptor plug like the ones we take on holidays. We were given no choic

A few of our products are European and the electrical plugs can be 2 pin continental plugs, the voltage is the same and our products are the same spec as you would get in the UK (This is stated in the terms and conditions). When the product has a 2 pin plug we add an adapter to the parcel on our warehouse before the parcel is being shipped. This adapter converts the 2 pin plug into a 3 pin. If this converter plug was missing, we always ship another. This information was in the Terms & Conditions but if this wasn’t clear or you change your mind after the purchase, we have a 15 day return period.
