Summary
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are great when you initially buy the products. but when it comes to aftersales they are terrible! I have a genuine complaint with & have tried to resolve it with them by phone. e-mail and by letter but am getting no response WHATSOEVER even by contacting their MD!!! They have even tried to charge me a courier fee to come and collect a faulty machine!! They may have cheap prices. but reliable service & aftersales is definately worth paying extra for elsewhere. Very. Very Disspapointing!
