The process of buying from AJ Electronics was very good, and they were extremely helpful with organising the delivery day around my schedule, but I felt that CityLink let them down. I knew the date that my fridge/freezer was going to arrive, but it didn't matter when I put the reference number in, it couldn't be found. Also, the CityLink drivers were not the least bit helpful. Most delivery services nowadays unpack an item for you, but CityLink were only interested in leaving it inside the door, fully packed
