Summary
American Golf. Brucefields. Stirling. yet again. the customer service provided by the team at american golf. Stirling amazes me. Clearly the team have never had any training in customer service by the way in which they treat customers as a necessary evil. getting in the way of their clearly already unhappy day. To say the team have a personality disorder would be an understatement. 

I have decided after visit today that my family will never spend another £ in this store. 

Take my advice. check the AG price and go to your local club pro regardless of whether you're a member or not. they'll happily help get to same deal as offered from AG whenever possible and will be pleasant along with it.
