Summary
having ordered a full set of ben sayers m7 ice clubs on wednesday night for next day delivery knowing they would bbe dispatched on thursday and arrive friday!!!!!!! or so i thought ! it is now 19.15 on friday night and no clubs! no tracking no. for the delivery company was sent in the confirmation e-mail so i cannot even see where my order is!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL ONLY BE DISSAPOINTED!!! DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF YOU DO USE THEM!!!

Summary
Was sent an empty packet instead of my item and i cant get anyone to answer the phone or reply to my messages!

Plus had me go to the shop for something they dont even stock!

Go elsewhere because i have never come across such poor customer service.

Summary
Careful with Price Match Guarantee marketing scam.  If you find somewhere else cheaper, just buy it elsewhere.  They wasted my time on a pick up in-store order, and they said I was wrong for not reading the caveats.  Besides, it is not easy to get refund and if successful, you can only get their vouchers.
