				Any cancellation or return of goods can be effected withprior written consent to us at Sitebox Ltd, 19 Ormside Way,Holmethorpe Industrial Estate, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2QA or bytelephoning us on 01737 783101. Where such consent is givenby us it is on the proviso that goods are returned in the originalpackaging. If goods reach you in an unusable condition, we willarrange to have them collected. Once deemed unusable onreturn to us, we will reimburse you immediately. If the item(s)are cancelled / returned outside of a 7 working day coolingoff period from receipt then we reserve the right to charge a20% restocking fee. Any carriage costs, if orders are executedcorrectly (to the customer's specification on the order) butsubsequently returned, are chargeable to the customer.
