The goods are easy to find , compareing different products is easy ,descriptions are clear and easy to understand, it is easy to find accesories etc linked to the product.
Ordering is a simple process and you know when an order has been sent , and tracking your order is easy, I don't know about returns ,I have never needed to send anything back as I have always been 100% satisfied with the goods that I have ordered being exactly as described and doing what they are described as doing.

I have made many purchases from warehouse express and will do in the future. Unfortunately on this occasion parcel force misdirected my package and therefore did not arrive on the agreed date. I was also not able to obtain any updated information through the tracking system in place by parcel force. I do not however hold warehouse express responsible for delivery.

The only item that I was dissatisfied with was the fact that I had to provide proof of address - whilst I understand the background and why this is done I was not pre warned that I would be requested for this - I think this should be a disclaimer as in this virtual day and age you do not always have utility bills with addresses.
