Summary
This company is operating a SCAM. Do Not use them, if in doubt google their name and see what it turns up!

Here it is:- you place the order and they take the money from your account immediately. You will then wait for a period of time and the goods will not arrive, if you're lucky one of the ordered items may (the cheapest). Then you try to get in touch with them, this is nigh on impossible, but email may get a reply, usually to say that they are awaiting stock and be patient. They will keep you going for weeks and hope you give up either way they are quids in as they have your money in the bank along with the VAT. Its as simple as that. I suggest that if you are in this position cancel the letter formally by letter and hope you get a refund, this will be by personal cheque and will not include P&P and VAT for P&P, take that one up with HMRC or a small claims court.
