Although product was originally out of stock a new delivery was available quicker than the 6 to 10 days stated. Delivered well within time slot given on the day and update was received via email and text. Driver called 3o mins prior to delivery and was early. Very pleasant, helpful and informative (I think it was Pete & Steve)

I purchased online and was pleased to find that not only did 365 electrical website inform me that my freezer was in stock but had a total of 4. I was informed of delivery date at time of purchase with a 3 hour time slot to be advised on the eve of delivery and a more precise time by phone approx 30 minutes beforehand. A 9-12 time slot was advised both by email and text and at 11am I was advised by phone that delivery would be at about 11.30 in fact the driver arrived at 11.25. All together an excellent and very professional service. One very, very minor point is that the LEC freezer I ordered was described as being with a free 3 year parts & labour guarantee[one of my reasons for purchasing this model] but on delivery I was a bit worried as there was no mention of this on the invoice or on normal 12 month guarantee paperwork, however the relevent 3 year guarantee did arrive in the post 3 or 4 days later. To set purchasers mind at rest it would have been nice to see reference to this

The whole purchase experience was brilliant, from start to finish. Everything as made very simple. Perhaps a little more detail in the product info would be useful, but telesales staff were excellent when I phoned with a query.
The delivery procedure (e-mail the day before; driver phoned 1/2 hour before delivery) was adhered to exactly as promised. The delivery driver was smart, literate, cheerful and helpful - (Steve W... I think..). Product/Packaging was in perfect condition.

Excellent product and great value for money, very quick and curtious delivery person, time slot was perfect, was supposed to be between 12.00 - 1500, it arrived by 13.00hrs, Brilliant.

One querey, disapointed with free detergent, only got 2 tabs. Also, I still hav'nt recieved the form to fill out, so I can recieve the 4 Dartington Glasses, or the running costs refunded by Bosch!!!
