365 Electrical - Information

The technical knowlede provided over the phone was very good, explaining that if I used this model to replace an older one, then I could re usu the existing base, this was very helpfull.

Fast, polite service from initial enquiry to delivery, already recommended to a friend.

Have used 365 before and always been very pleased especially with the delivery. Appliance is exactly how its described and very easy to install. Will use 365 again.

We were directed to 365Electrical by a price comparison program on the internet. The price quoted was over £100 less than our local electrical appliance suppliers, plus free delivery, saving a further £20. We placed our order on a Wednesday and took delivery on Saturday, only three days later. We were given a delivery time "window" of three hours which was met,the delivery man being most courteous and helpful. We did not require the unpackaging or removal of our old appliance service which was offered, but believe this service to be good value. We would not hesitate to use 365Electrical again, or recommend them to anyone for their excellent service. Frank and Margaret Dale.

The web site was easy to use, my order was acknowledged promptly, I was given the delivery date I requested and I was emailed a three hour time slot that day when I could expect delivery which was honoured. The delivery man man efficient & courteous. Overall a very good experience & one I would recommend to others.

Very impressed with online ordering system. Absolutely perfect. Couldn't be better. Delivery also was perfect and on time and must say the delivery gentlemen were very friendly, helpful and professional.

I was a little sceptical about buying from an independant company I had never shopped with before but after reading the other customer reviews combined with the large saving on the item I bought when compared to a leading high street ellectrial store I decided to purchase with 365electrical. I am glad that I did as the customer service recieved was of a very high standard, my appliance was delieverd within the first hour of my designated 3hr time slot, the appliance was well packaged, the delivery drivers were polite, helpful, and very carfeul in handeling the appliance. Overall a very positive shopping experiance. I would most definatly consider shopping with the company again.
