Everything about the purchase was easily done, but the outstanding feature was the communication about delivery dates and times of delivery which avoided me having to hang around all day.The driver John Rea rang to say he would be there in 30 minutes and he was!He was also extremely polite and helpfull and a wonderfull ambassador for 365 electrical which put the icing on the cake and i would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Having checked out the products we wanted at our local retailers we then went on line to see if we could do better - we did!!!
This was the first time we have used 365 electrical and it was a very positive experience.
Web site was easy to use and `E` mail confirmation was very good and we saved a lot of money.
Delivery was within the identified time slot and the driver rang when he was getting near as agreed.
The driver (Mark) could have not been more helpful and carried all of the appliances in himself (he would not let me help)and was very polite and careful when bringing the goods into my house - a credit to your organisation.
Given this experience i would have no hesitation in using 365 electrical again and recommending you to friends of mine.

I was impressed with the overall purchase process at 365 Electrical. It was not the cheapest by price of the companies I surveyed but the ability to choose a delivery date was very important in this instance. The delivery process worked smoothly. I have used this company before and subject to price would do so again in future.

This company makes other high street stores look bad, ordered one day delivered on time the very next day email to say when it was coming and phone call to say they were 20 mins from my house. Best of all £100 cheaper than Curry's. Excellent

I had my old Dyson for 13 years and although it's still working I found it heavy carrying it up and down stairs which was why I went for the lighter model. The dust container is a lot smaller than my old one but it's no problem to empty, I just shake it into a small food bag when I've finished. I was VERY pleased with 365 Electrical, the Dyson was delivered the next day by a friendly delivery driver and I had unpacked it and was using it within half an hour!!

This is the first time i have purchased an appliance online, instead of visiting Currys/Comet etc and buying within a store. I must say that i was very impressed with the service and competitive prices. Not only was the delivery within days, but was professionally handled too. I was notified of a time slot which was honoured by your delivery team. I wasn`t at home at the time, but my wife told me the guys were very careful and helpful. This opportunity would indeed encourage me to recommend 365 and use them again in the future myself, as the service we have received has been second to none. Thank you!
