I picked my delivery day, they gave me a 3 hour time slot (08:00-11:00) the day before, on the morning of the delivery the driver (Simon) rang at 08:00 and said he would be here in 20 to 30 minutes. he delivered the item at 08:30 and put it exactly where it was required. Absolutely first class service.
