This is the second time I have ordered a product online from TV and Video Direct and on both occasions I have had to ring the company to check whether my order had been received and when I could expect delivery as there was no email follow up after the order had been done online.

Once communication had been made and the order validity had been established, the order arrived when they said it would.

A most courteous and efficient company. They telephoned me to advise when delivery would be made and asked me if this was convenient, and true to their word, the goods arrived today as promised. I would have absolutely no hesitation in ordering from them again should the need arise. Thank you for giving me the opportunity of dealing with them.
