Summary
Ordered an oven from applianceplanet. Took 2 weeks to arrive and had badly damaged seals on the inside and out. Applianceplanet were not helpful in resolving the matter and I was expected to accept a repair to an oven not yet installed. Item was bought as perfect but had been sent a second. Oven was returned but took almost 2 weeks to collect and then almost 2 more weeks to get my money refunded.
