Appliance Deals - Information

I have been very impressed from the start to finish of this transaction. Ordering and payment were quick,easy and simple. Delivery was arranged at time of ordering and verified the same day. Delivery was then confirmed two days and one day prior to delivery plus a call one hour before the van arrived. Most impressive! Thank you.

Didn't phone when stated concerning time slot for delivery.Otherwise very happy with very early and careful delivery.Rapid delivery is a big plus.

After choosing the appliance i was really pleased with the rapid delivery service you offered. the appliance was purchased Thursday evening, delivered Sat within a four hour place slot.Very pleased.

I was happy with my product, however there does not seem to be sufficiant communication between yourselves and the deleviry, my order was supposed to arrive on sat.15th sep.between 1p.m & 4p.m..this did not happen,as the driver broke down.I was still waiting on monday 17th. and so at midday telephoned appliance deals to find out what was going on, whilst on the phone my order arrived. the deleviry drivers were excelent, extemely helpfull and kind. I just wish that someone could have telephoned me on saturday after the breakdown to advise when my order was going to be delivered instead of leaving me to make all the telephone calls etc.I am disabled and could do without the stress so i think that ther needs to be better cordination between appliance deals and their delivery drivers.

The staff at Appliance deals are very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely use them again, and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
