The whole experience was great keep in loop regards the status of delivery at all time through email and text

Very satisfied. Competitive price, delivered on day arranged and delivery drivers very courteous. The only criticism is that we were not contacted to confirm delivery time until ten minutes before appliance arrived!
Luckily this was not inconvenient. Overall I would rate Appliance Deals highly and will consider them when looking at further purchases.

Transaction went very well with no problems. I was informed by the seller when the item would be delivered and then the van driver from the courier company called to say he would arrive between 12.00 and 2.0pm, he actually arrived at 12.05! Machine was unpacked, inspected and lifted into position by the two delivery men and the old machine removed as agreed. Very impressed, would certainly use again.

I had a fantastic buying experience with Appliance Deals. They called me straight back after i placed my order to check it was ok, they kept me up-to-date at all times and delivered promptly. I really cannot fault this company at all, would certainly recommend to anyone.

Excellent ordering system and delivery, within 2 days and 2 hour time slot. Only problem was my appliance wasn't levelled before connection and due to the distance from my water pipe was unable to be pulled out enough to level, however the customer service team refunded the connection charge.
