DeliveryAll deliveries will be made to you by our courier. We do our best to secure delivery within 3-7 working days of the date of your order for all mainland UK deliveries. . Return PolicyIf goods are faulty, following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may return them free of charge by calling 0870 11 222 02. If you do decide to return the goods to us for any other reason we do make a charge of £49.99 for collection.

Very impressed with courtesy emails regarding my order for a washing machine. However, when I received a text on the night before delivery, the time slot was not convenient to me (8 to 12). Phoned up to request afternoon slot of any time after 1pm, but was told I couldn't choose the 4 hour slot, in effect, Sainsburys were unable to deliver in the afternoon. Therefore I was forced to cancel my order and took my custom to Comet who had no problem delivering when their customer was at home. Suggest you look at Comet's very flexible delivery time slots.

This was a excellent site, easy to use, and I was kept informed about the delivery. They gave me a 4 hour delivery time which was then cut to 2 hours when the delivery man telephoned me that morning. I would recommend this site to anyone, based on my experience with this order from Sainsbury.

Promised a delivery date they couldn't keep as the item was out of stock and they couldn't tell me when it would be available. I cancelled my order and four days later I am still waiting for a refund. Do not buy from this site unless you want problems.

Freezer out of stock but kept very well informed as to delivery. I had to unpack and dispose of packaging though but not a big issue. This is my second purchase and SKA are highly recommended.
