Product in stock, delivered on time and at the lowest price that I could find. On the whole a satisfying shopping experience. The delivery driver was a little abrupt on the phone but not enough to put me off buying here again.

Ordered a 52" sony bravia tv. AV Addicts where one of the only companies that had one in stock. Delivered promptly. Customer service telephoned to say the order had gone up by £20 than that advertised, but they compensated us by providing a free HD cable. Customer Services also followed up the sale with a telephone call a few days after delivery to see if the product was ok and we where satisfied. All in all a pleasant experience. Only the fact that they put the product up by £20 than that advertised let them down.
