Screen size
The diagonal size of the screen in inch.
Processor Cores
The number of cores for the CPU. Single Core = 1 Dual Core = 2 Triple Core = 3 Quad Core = 4 Hexa Core = 6
4G (LTE)
The 4G network promise a speed of 100Mbit/s to mobile users and 1Gbit/s to stationary users.
We are not there yet, the existing LTE network can handle speeds of 100Mbit/s in download and 50Mbit/s in upload to mobile users.
When the LTE network for 4G (3.9G) has been updated (software) to LTE Advanced, 4G will reach its fully potential.
HSDPA
High Speed Downlink Packet Data Access is a mobile phone communications protocol. It makes it possible reach higher downloading speeds to your phone. In theory 10-20 Mbit/s.
This standard is sometimes called HSDPA
3G
Third Generation phones, 3G phones, have very high speed connections, enabling video conferencing and other applications which use broadband connectivity to the Internet.
GPS
Does the phone have a built-in GPS receiver?
Wi-Fi
A person with a Wi-Fi enabled device that can connect to the Internet when in proximity of an access point. The region covered by one or several access points is called a hotspot.
Wi-Fi was originally a brand licensed by the Wi-Fi Alliance to describe the embedded technology of wireless local area networks (WLAN) based on the IEEE 802.11 standard.
Radio
Choose yes if you want to be able to listen to radio with your mobile phone.
Standby time
The standby time indicates how long the battery lasts before needing to be recharged. The advertised standby time applies if no calls are made.
Talk Time
Tells you for how long you talk in the phone before you need to recharge the battery. Talktime for 3G is less than 2G.
MP3/Audio Player
Does the phone have an MP3 or audio player to let you listen to music?
SAR-Value
SAR, Specific Absorption Rate, a measurement of the amount of radiation that is absorbed into a head while using a cellular phone, the higher the SAR-value the more radiation that is absorbed into the head. The lower the better. W/kg over 10 g tissue. Max value in EU, Japan etc is 2 W/kg. Below 0.5 is low, 0.5-1.0 is in the middle and over 1 is high.
Touch Screen
Choose yes if you want to be able to navigate/dial using screen touch.
