The quickest way to find what you want at the cheapest price, without visiting hundreds of websites is to use a 'shopbot' website like PriceRunner, which gives you an overview of what's available on the high street and online, and helps you compare products, prices and retailers. You can't actually buy products direct from the site but a link will take you to a relevant product on the retailer's website.

TIP - Sally Hetherington, 40, from Finchampstead, Berkshire, reckons she has saved over £1000 using the site. 'PriceRunner was recommended to me by a friend,' she says.
